Candidate Reference Checking

As part of our Retained Search package and to provide you extra peace of mind in your recruitment process, all candidates included in the shortlist will be reference checked.

Two references from Past Employers or Current / Past Clients will be taken.

What this means for you is that you will not start a costly and time consuming interview process only to find that when you carry out your own reference checks the candidate fails to meet up to their claims.

Our reference checks are a 20 minute phone call with the referee and will be centred on the candidates:
